All visitors will be required to check in at the security desk located in the Dearborn lobby.

A Tenant Visitor Coordinator is stationed at the desk to assist your visitors, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Visitors are asked to show a photo ID and provide a contact name.

All tenants are required to register visitors in advance. Tenants can register visitors using our guest registration software CloudGate.. Procedures on entering and updating the visitor processing system will be provided to tenants on an as-needed basis. Contact your Office Manager to gain access to the website.

Visitors who sign in during regular business hours will not be required to sign-out. Visitors who sign in after normal business hours Monday through Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday must sign in and out. Should a visitor who has not been listed in the 360 Visitor Log request access to the building, security officers will contact the applicable tenant contact for authorization prior to allowing access.
